目的:比较玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩在牙体修复中的临床疗效,探寻其更有效的方法.方法:对我院收治的78例患者(96颗牙)进行随机分组,分为玻璃纤维桩核组(39例,49颗牙),金属铸造桩核组(39例,47颗牙).两组均进行完备的根管治疗,玻璃纤维桩核组制备玻璃纤维桩核,金属铸造桩核组制备金属铸造桩核,余治疗无差异.比较两组患者治疗后成功率.结果:两组患者经过治疗后进行效果评定,玻璃纤维桩核组成功率为97.96%,金属铸造桩核组治疗成功率为85.11%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:玻璃纤维桩核在牙体修复中成功率高于金属铸造桩核,疗效满意,值得临床推广应用.%Objective: To find the better methods by comparing the efficacy of the glass fiber-reinforced post and metal post in treatment of the odontal restoration. Methods: 78 cases of patients (96 teeth) in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly, the glass fiber-reinforced post group (39 patients, 49 teeth), which were treated by glass fiber-reinforced post, the other was the metal post group (39 patients, 47 teeth), which were treated by metal post. The two groups were all treated by the perfect root canal recurrence, and the other treatment were in the same ways. Then the success rates were compared. Results: The effects of the two groups were evaluated after the treatment, the success rate of the glass fiber-reinforced post group was 97.96%, which was higher than that of the metel post group (85.11%). It showed significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The success rate of the glass fiber-reinforced post is higher than the metel post group. The effect is satisfied, and it is worthy of popular application.
