ICU患者Swan-Ganz导管病情观察与护理

摘要

Objective: To explore clinical nursing methods of Swan-Ganz catheter used in ICU critical patients.Methods: 41 cases seriously op-patient placement Swan - Ganz catheter, catheter time was 3-5 days.Results: 41 patients did not occur catheter related infections, according to hemodynamic monitoring index pertinently treatment were done, shock and heart failure were corrected.Conclusion: The use of Swan-Ganz catheter monitoring for patients with critical in the ICU provides guidance in treatments, and effective nursing and close observation help prevent infections and complications.%目的:探讨Swan-Ganz导管用于ICU危重症患者的临床护理方法.方法:41例危重患者置入Swan-Ganz导管,置管时间3～5 d.结果:41例患者均未发生导管相关性感染,根据血流动力学监测指标有针对性地救治,休克与心衰均得到纠正.结论:使用Swan-Ganz导管监护为ICU危重症患者的治疗提供了指导,护士的严密观察、有效护理,有助于防止感染及并发症的发生.
