门诊西药房科学化、规范化、差别化服务探讨

目的:研究门诊西药房服务特点和优化措施.方法:应用运筹学和数据统计的方法,对门诊西药房服务的特点进行定量研究,开展科学化、规范化、差别化服务.结果:科学化优化了流程,提高了门诊药房的运行效率;规范化减少了差错率;差别化提高了患者满意度.结论:门诊西药房科学化、规范化、差别化服务有效可行,提高了服务质量.%Objective: To investigate the characteristics of services, and optimization measures in Outpatient Pharmacy.Methods: Quantitative research had been carried out in the characteristics of Outpatient Pharmacy services by the methods of operations research and mathematical statistics, and then conducted scientific, standardized, differentiated services.Results: Scientification optimized the processes and improved the operating efficiency of Outpatient Pharmacy; Standardization reduced the error rate; differentiation improved patients' satisfaction to the outpatient pharmacy services.Conclusion: The scientific, standardized, differentiated services in Outpatient Pharmacy are effective and feasible, and have improved the quality of services.
