急诊室护士评判性心思维现状分析

摘要

目的:了解急诊室护士评判性思维水平的现状.方法:采用方便取样的方法选取工作年限满一年的急诊室护士90人,采用评判性思维能力测量表中文版(CTDI-CV)进行问卷调查.结果:工作年限满一年的急诊室护士的评判性思维总分为(275.38±20.92)分,与美国CCTDI结果(318.74±26.42)分相比,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:国内急诊室临床护士显示出了较弱的评判性思维水平,需要加大评判性思维能力的培养和教育的力度.%Objective: To know the current level of the critical thinking ability among nurses working in emergency room.Methods: Using convenience sampling method and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) to survey the critical thinking ability of 90 nurses who have worked in emergency room for one year or more.Results: The total score of CTDI-CV of the 90 nurses working in emergency room was (275.38±20.92) score.Thus they showed a weak disposition in critical thinking.And compared with the statistics of the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI) results in the US, whose total score was (318.74±26.42) score, the difference had proved to be significant (P＜ 0.01).Conclusion: The critical thinking ability of the domestic emergency room nurses is below the standard score.We should promote the continuing nursing education and clinical training concerning the critical thinking ability in emergency room.
