大众化教育背景下医学教育的精英理念及质量保证

摘要

医学教育具有精英教育的特征,随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,教育规模的扩张对医学教育的质量也带来了一定的影响.只有明确医学教育办学的基本标准,适当控制招生规模,不断改善办学条件,在学制上逐渐向国际接轨,逐渐形成以大学为基础的医学教育体制、创新培养模式,才能保证高等医学教育的质量.%High medical education is elite education.As high education of China have stepped in the period of mass education, the continuous exparsion of the size of Chinese higher education has made a great influence to the quality of medical education.Only establishing the basic standard of high medical education system, controlling enrolment on campuses,improving the education condition, prolonging the education system, reforming the educational mode, the quality of high medical education can be proved.
