实时三维容积成像技术在妇科囊实性包块中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨实时三维容积成像技术在妇科囊实性包块诊断中的应用价值.方法:48例妇科囊实混合性肿块患者均进行二维和三维超声检查,且全部病例均需经手术病理证实,同时对肿瘤容积进行测量.结果:实时三维容积成像技术在妇科盆腔囊实性包块诊断中占有明显优势,并且与肿瘤实际容积进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).较准确地反映了肿瘤的实际容积.结论:实时三维容积成像技术在妇科盆腔囊实性包块中的应用丰富了诊断信息量,并使其更具有客观性和可靠性.%Objective: To evaluate the application value of real time three—dimensional ultrasonography imaging in gynecological patients with cystic—solid masses. Methods: Forty eight gynecological patients with cystic-solid masses confirmed by pathology were examined with two-dimensional ultrasonography (2DUS) and three-dimensional ultrasonography (3DUS), then were compared with the real volume. Results: 3DUS was superior to 2DUS in evaluating gynecological patients with cystic-solid masses, and comparison with the tumor size showed no significant difference (ρ＜0.05). Conclusion: We can enrich diagnostic information and make that more objective and real by utilizing the real time three-dimensional ultrasonography imaging in gynecological patients with cystic—solid masses.
