子宫肌瘤的发病机制与药物治疗

子宫肌瘤是女性生殖系统常见的良性肿瘤,发病率较高.机制研究证明子宫肌瘤是雌激素依赖性肿瘤,其发病与激素水平、相关生长因子、蛋白表达等因素有关.药物治疗包括促性腺激素释放激素激动剂、雄激素类、米非司酮、丹那唑、三苯氧胺等激素调节类药物和中药进行辨证施治.%Hysteromyoma is che most common benign tumor of femal reproductive system with a high incidence. Hysteromyoma has been proved to be estrogen-dependent tumor through the studies on the pathogenesis. Its incidence is related to the level of hormones, the related growth factors, protein expreasion and so on. The hormonal regulation agents including gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists, androgens, mifepristone, danazol and tamoxifen and the dialectical treatment of the Traditional Chinese Medicine have been used for the drug treatment of hysteromyoma.
