Objective To study the high blood pressure pregnant women during pregnancy d-dimer, T lymphocyte subsets and CRP level and its correlation. Methods The d-dimer, T lymphocyte subsets and CRP levels of 104 pregnant women with pregnancy high blood pressure were tested, while the same period more than 50 patients healthy pregnant women indexes were compared, and did the correlation analysis. Results The pregnancy of a pregnant woman hypertension d-dimer, T lymphocyte subsets and CRP level was significantly higher than the healthy pregnant women, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and they were all along with the disease severity and increase. Conclusion On a variety of factors is high uteruses common function of complex caused by the pathologic process, the correlation between different indicators that different pathogenic factors synergistic or between causality.%目的 研究妊娠期高血压孕妇D-二聚体、T淋巴细胞亚群与C反应蛋白(CRP)的水平及其相关性.方法 检测104例妊娠期高血压孕妇的D-二聚体、T淋巴细胞亚群与CRP水平,同时检测50例同期健康孕妇以上3项指标进行对比,并做相关性分析.结果妊娠期高血压孕妇的D-二聚体、T淋巴细胞亚群与CRP水平明显高于健康孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05),且均随疾病严重程度而增加,3项检测指标之间具有正相关性(P ＜ 0.05).结论 妊娠高血压综合征是多种因素共同作用所致的复杂病理过程,不同指标间的相关性说明不同致病因素之间具有协同作用或者因果关系.
