慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者下肢踏车运动训练对运动及吸气肺功能的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨下肢踏车运动训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者吸气肺功能的影响.方法 选择本科收治的COPD患者40例,随机分为研究组与对照组各20例.两组均给予常规内科治疗,对照组患者进行低强度日常活动训练,研究组患者进行3个月的下肢踏车运动训练,比较两组运动前后肺通气功能、弥散功能、肺容积、最大吸气峰值流速,最大吸气压,比较研究组患者下肢运动训练前后运动持续时间和峰值运动功率.结果研究组患者训练后,运动持续时间及最大运动功率均较之前明显升高,最大吸气压、最大吸气峰值流速较之前明显增加,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05、0.01);对照组上述指标前后比较,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05);两组肺常规通气指标、弥散指标、容量指标训练前后比较,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05).结论 慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者下肢踏车运动训练,可有效改善患者运动能力及吸气肺功能.%Objective To study the influence of lower limbs treadmill exercise training on sports and the lung breathe function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Methods 40 patients with COPD in our department were divided into research group and the control group, 20 cases each group. Both groups were given regular medical treatment, patients of control group were given low strength daily activities training, the research group were given lower limbs treadmill exercise training for 3 months, lung ventilation function, diffusion function, lung volume, maximal inspiratory peak flow velocity, maximal inspiratory pressure before and after exercise of two groups were compared, training lasts time and peak movement power of research group before and after exercise were compared. Results The movement lasts time and maximum exercise power of research group were significantly higher than before, maximal inspiratory pressure and maximal in spiratory peak increased significantly, difference before and after training was statistically significant (P < 0.05); These above indexes of the control group had no obvious changes before and after training, there were no statistically significant differ ences (P > 0.05); and there were no statistically significant differences of lung ventilation, diffusion index conventional index, capacity index between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Lower limbs treadmill exercise training can effectively improve sports ability and lung breathe function of COPD patients.
