Objective To investigate the proportional relationship of gestational age and embryo nucleated erythrocyte in the maternal peripheral blood. Methods 80 pregnant women with 10-35 weeks admitted to our hospital from February 2008 to March 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The number of embryo nucleated erythrocyte in the maternal peripheral blood was counted by SYSMEX XE-2100 blood corpuscle calculating instrument, and to express transfers the ferric albu-minate iron albuminate acceptor the masculine cell (the CD71+ cell) to carry on the technical separation. Moreover 80 women without pregnant and 80 cases of newborns taking the healthy physical examination at the same time in our hospital were chosen to carry on the inspection and contrast. Results The pregnant woman group's CD71+ cell proportion was significantly higher than the health without pregnant group and the newborn navel blood group (P < 0.01). The CD71+ cell high point value appearred in the pregnant woman group in 17th, 18th gestational age. Conclusion SYSMEX XE-2100 blood corpuscle calculating instrument counting specificity, the sensitivity is strong. Makes the pre-natal diagnosis using the parent substance blood circulation in embryo cell the best time in 17th, 18th gestational age.%目的 探讨孕周与母体外周血液中胎儿有核红细胞比例的关系.方法 回顾性分析我院2008年2月~2011年3月收治入院的孕10~35周的孕妇80例,采用SYSMEX XE-2100血细胞计数仪对孕妇外周血中胎儿有核红细胞进行计数,并对表达转铁蛋白受体的阳性细胞(CD71+细胞)进行技术分选.另外选择我院同期健康体检未孕妇女80例和80例新生儿进行检查对比.结果 妊娠组的CD71+细胞比例明显高于健康未孕组和新生儿脐血组(P < 0.01).在孕妇组中,CD71+细胞最高峰值出现于第17、18孕周.结论 SYSMEX XE-2100血细胞计数仪计数特异性、灵敏性较强.利用母体血循环中的胎儿细胞做产前诊断的最佳时间在第17、18孕周.
