关节内跟骨骨折手术治疗疗效分析

摘要

目的 分析比较锁定钢板与普通钢板两种不同内固定治疗关节内跟骨骨折的疗效,以期为关节内跟骨骨折提供合理治疗.方法 选择42例关节内跟骨骨折患者,分为锁定钢板内固定22例(观察组),普通钢板内固定20例(对照组),比较两种内固定方法术前与术后患足Bohler角、骨折愈合时间、临床疗效评价等方面的差异.结果 观察组和对照组术后Bohler角均较术前明显增加,观察组术后增加更为明显,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组优良率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 跟骨关节内骨折采用锁定钢板内固定,能有效恢复Bohler角,有效率高,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore a reasonable treatment for intraarlienlar calcaneal fracture by comparison of effects between locking plates and general plates internal fixation. Methods 42 eases of intraarticular calcaneal fracture patients In our department were selected and divided Into two groups, 22 cases were treated with locking plates fixation (observation group) and 20 cases were treated with general plates fixation (control group). The Bohler ranglc, time of bone union and clinical effect evaluation of the two groups were compared. Results The Bohler raiigle significantly increased of the two groups after operation than before operation, the Bohler rangle of the observation group increased more apparently (P < 0.01); In comparison with the control group, bone union time of the observation group was significantly shorter (P < 0.01); the excellent and good rates of the observation group and control group was 90.91% and 65.00% of the control group,there was a significantly difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The locking plates fixation has better Bohler rangle recovery and higher excellent and good rates than general plates fixation, it is worthy of clinical application.
