Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood leukocyte count and glycolipid metabolism indicators of individuals with different glucose tolerance. Methods Forty people with normal glucose tolerance (NGT), 40 people with injured glucose tolerance (IGT) and 40 people with diabetes mellitus (DM) were selected. Height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids were measured and then changes of leukocyte in different groups were compared and the correlation between peripheral blood leukocyte count and glycolipid metabolism indicators were analyzed. Results The leukocyte count of IGT group was significantly higher than that of NCI group, with statistical difference (P < 0.05); the leukocyte count of DM group was significantly higher than that of IGT group, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). The leukocyte count and 2-hours postprandial blood glucose (2 h PG) and glycosylaied hemoglobin (HbAk) were positively correlated (r - 0.332, P < 0.01 and r=0.250, P < 0.05). Conclusion Leukocyte count and glycolipid metabolism status are closely correlated.%目的 探讨不同糖耐量个体外周血白细胞计数与糖脂代谢指标的相关性.
