目的 探讨针刺对缺血性中风患者的血脂和血液流变学的影响.方法 选取60例缺血性中风的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,两组均予以常规缺血性中风治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上结合针刺调节,考察两组治疗对患者血脂水平和血液流变学的影响.结果 两组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)的水平明显降低,且观察组的前后变化与对照组比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血液流变学各指标的变化与对照组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在传统治疗的基础上配合针刺调节可显著改善缺血性中风患者的血脂水平和血液流变学状态,值得临床推广使用.%Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncture regulation on the blood fat value and hemorrheology of paralytics. Methods 60 cases of patients with CIS were selected and divided into two groups. In the control group, 30 cases of patients were treated by conventional therapy. In the observation group, 30 cases of patients were treated by conventional therapy combined with acupuncture regulation. The influence of the two groups was investigated. Results The values of TC and TG in the two groups decreased significantly (P < 0.05). The improving of the values of TC, TG and LDL-C in observation group was more significant than control group (P < 0.05). The improving of the index of hemorrheology in observation group was also more significant than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Treating the paralytics by conventional therapy combined with acupuncture regulation can improve the value of blood fat and the index of hemorrheology significantly. It is worth of generalization.
