普罗布考对糖尿病大血管病变患者血清氧化应激水平的干预效果观察

摘要

目的 观察并分析普罗布考对糖尿病大血管病变患者氧化应激水平的干预效果.方法 依照随机数字表法将100例2型糖尿病大血管病变患者分为普罗布考组和常规治疗组,各50例,常规治疗组正常接受降糖药对症治疗,普罗布考组在此基础上加用普罗布考片,250 mg/次,2次/d,疗程6个月,观察普罗布考组与常规治疗组治疗前后的血脂、氧化应激指标的变化.结果 除三酰甘油(TG)外,普罗布考组总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、8-异前列腺素F2α较治疗前明显降低,外周血中氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平改善显著(P<0.01),与常规治疗组比较均存在有有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 普罗布考能够显著改善糖尿病大血管并发症患者的血脂和体内氧化应激水平,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe and analyze !.hc intervention effect of Probucol on serum level of oxidative stress in patients with diabetic trunk angiopathy. Methods 100 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with trunk angiopathy were randomly assigned to the Probucol group and the conventional therapy group with random number table. Patients In convent ion a 1 therapy group were given symptomatic treatment of hypoglycemlc agents, and patients in the Probucol group were given additional Probucol tablets 250 mg each time, 2 times a day for 6 months. Changes in blood lipids and oxidative stress indicators after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Except for TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and 8-iso prostaglandin F2cs in Probucol group were significantly lower alter treatment and ox-LDL levels in peripheral blood were also significantiy Improved (P < 0.01). The changes were significantly greater than those In the conventional therapy group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Probucol can significantly Improve blood lipid and oxidative stress levels In patients with diabetic trunk angiopathy, thus Is worthy of clinical application.
