The anticardiolipin antibody (ACA) is a group of polyclonal immunoglobulins and cart bind with phospholipids specifically. It is an autoantibody, which is closely related to many immune-mediated thrombotic diseases. With the deepening of research, more and more data show that ACA is closely related to cerebral infarction.
