目的 观察铝碳酸镁与伊托必利联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效.方法 将86例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例.两组患者均给予多潘立酮片,对照组加用铝碳酸镁,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用伊托必利.两组疗程均为4 周,并对其疗效进行评价.结果 治疗组总有效率为88.37%,对照组为69.76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).治疗后两组症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).两组腹痛症状及呕吐胆汁消失时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05).两组均无不良反应.结论 铝碳酸镁与伊托必利联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎能有效缓解腹痛、呕吐胆汁等临床症状,促进胃内炎症愈合,是治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的有效治疗方法,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of Hydrotalcite combined with Itopride in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods 86 cases with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with each group of 43 cases. The patients of two groups were treated with Domperidone. The control group was given extra Hy -drotalcite. The treatment group was given Itopride based on the control group. The course of the two groups was both 4 weeks, and the efficacy was evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 88.37% in the treatment group and 69.76% in the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The symptom scores were significant different between the two groups (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the dieout time of stomachache and bilious vomiting between the two groups (P < 0.05). There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion The treatment of Hydrotalcite combined with Itopride in bile reflux gastritis can effectively relieve abdominal pain, vomiting of bile and other clinical symptoms, promote the healing of stomach inflammation, is an effective way to treat bile reflux gastritis and worthy of clinical application.
