CD147与基质金属蛋白酶-3在急性白血病细胞中的表达及其意义

Objective To investigate the correlation and expression of CD147 and MMP-3 in acute leukemia cells. Methods The expression of CD147 was detected by flow cytometry and the protein expression of MMP-3 was assessed by im-munohistochemistry. The expression level and the correlation of CD 147 and MMP-3 in acute leukemia patients with different stage of initial treatment, relapsed and complete remission were compared. Results The expression of CD 147 and MMP-3 of initial treatment group and relapsed group were significantly higher than that of complete remission group and control group (P < 0.05). The expression of CD 147 and MMP-3 of extra-medullary infiltration group in initial treatment group were significantly higher than that of non- extra-medullary infiltration group (P < 0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the expression of CD147 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-3 (r = 0.574, P < 0.01). Conclusion The high expression of CD 147 and MMP-3 in acute leukemia cells may be related to the extra-medullary infiltration.%目的 探讨CD147 和基质金属蛋白酶-3 (MMP-3) 在急性白血病患者细胞中的表达情况及其相关性.方法 应用流式细胞术检测CD147 表达水平,免疫组化染色法检测MMP-3 蛋白的表达情况,比较其在初治、复发、完全缓解的急性白血病患者中的表达变化及其相关性.结果 CD147 和MMP-3 在白血病初治及复发组中的表达水平显著高于缓解组和对照组(P < 0.05);初治组中髓外浸润组CD147 和MMP-3 水平显著高于非髓外浸润组(P < 0.05);经相关性分析显示,CD147 和MMP-3 表达呈正相关关系(r = 0.574,P < 0.01).结论 CD147 和MMP-3 在急性白血病细胞中高表达,可能与白血病细胞髓外浸润过程有关.
