Objective To investigate the osteogenic effect of bone matrix gelatin after different dealing in ectopic bone area femoral. Methods 36 Japanese big ears white rabbits were divided into group A, B and C (12 in each). Group A: bFGF+ Vascular bundle+BMG. Group B: Vascular bundle+BMG. Group C: BMG. The animals were sacrificed after 4, 8 and 12 weeks respectively by perfusing ink. HE and Masson stained for histological observations and quantitative analysis. Results Quantitative analysis showed that the osteogenic and neovascularization areas of group A were the largest on the every time point. The correlation analysis of osteogenic area and vascular area were r4weeks=0.53, P < 0.05; r8weeks=0.46, P < 0.05; r12weeks= 0.61, P< 0.05. Conclusion The better vascularization, the better osteogenesis. There is a positive correlation between os-teogenicarea and vascularareawere%目的 探讨不同处理后的骨基质明胶(BMG)在异位成骨区的成骨效果.方法 将36 只日本大耳白兔随机分为3 组,每组12 只.A 组血管束植入用bFGF 预处理过的BMG 中;B 组血管束植入未作任何预处理的BMG 中;C 组单独植入BMG.分别于术后4、8、12 周给各组动物灌注墨汁后做HE 及Masson 染色进行组织学观察和定量分析.结果 新生骨面积定量分析,各个时间点上A 组新生骨面积均最大,与C 组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P ﹤0.05).新生骨面积比与血管面积比相关分析结果显示,r4 周=0.53,P﹤0.05;r8 周=0.46,P﹤0.05;r12 周=0.61,P﹤0.05.结论 血管化程度越高,新生骨面积越大;新生骨面积比与血管化程度呈正相关.
