Only focusing on the abilities training of recognition problem, putting forward scientific problems of medical students from clinical, develop -ing the ability of reading literature and enhancing the subject innovation, combining with the guidance of tutor to graduate students, strengthening the academic exchange and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude can foster the first-class medical field creative talents.
