Objective To understand the cognition of national essential drug system in medical staffs of primary medical institutions in Beijing City, in order to provide evidence for government decision-making.Methods Site questionnaire survey method was used.Medical staffs in 48 primary medical institutions of Beijing City were involved in the investigation.Results 1310 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective collection rate was 95.9%.Among which, 74.8% of medical staffs supported the essential drug system, 56.1% were familiar with the names, curative effect, cure disease and price of essential drugs, 80.4% thought there was no effect of national essential drug system on their income.On the other hand, the medical staffs thought the impact of national essential drug system on patients: 62.2% thought the national essential drug could meet the demands of patients, 69.6% approved its convenience for patients to see a doctor and contribution of saving medical cost, 57.8% thought patients might accept the use of essential drugs.Conclusion The national essential drug system is supported by mostly medical staffs in primary medical institutions of Beijing City, and above 2/3 medical staffs approve its convenience for patients to see a doctor and contribution of saving medical cost.At the same time, measures such as legislation and training should be put forwards to promote the implementation of national essential drug system.%目的 了解北京市基层医疗机构医务人员对基本药物制度的认知情况,为政府宏观决策提供依据.方法 采用现场调研的方式,对北京市48家基层医疗卫生机构医务人员进行不记名问卷调查.结果 本次问卷调查回收有效问卷1310份,有效回收率为95.9％,其中,医务人员自身74.8％支持基本药物制度,56.1％对基本药物的名称、疗效、治疗疾病及价格等熟悉,80.4％认为基本药物制度对其收入无影响.而医务人员认为基本药物制度对患者的影响:62.2％认为能满足患者医疗需要,69.6％认为对方便群众看病、节省药费开支有效,57.8％的接诊患者愿意使用基本药物.结论 北京市基层医务人员认可基本药物制度,且2/3以上医务人员认为基本药物能满足患者医疗需要,节省药费开支,应通过加强立法和培训等措施,继续推进基本药物制度.
