芪志祛湿健脾方治疗中老年膝关节慢性滑膜炎的临床效果

摘要

目的：观察芪志祛湿健脾方治疗中老年膝关节慢性滑膜炎的临床效果。方法选取河北省中医院2013年8月~2014年8月门诊和住院患者共60例，将其分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予常规治疗加滑膜炎颗粒口服，治疗组给予常规治疗加芪志祛湿健脾方口服，1个疗程为14 d，分别观察14、28 d后两组临床疗效。结果1个疗程后，治疗组痊愈11例，显效9例，好转8例，无效4例，有效率为87.50%；对照组痊愈9例，显效12例，好转3例，无效4例，有效率为85.71%。1个疗程后，两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2个疗程后，治疗组痊愈16例，显效11例，好转4例，无效1例，有效率为93.75%；对照组痊愈12例，显效9例，好转5例，无效2例，有效率为92.86%。2个疗程后两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1个疗程后，治疗组膝关节视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(3.5±1.2)分，低于对照组[(4.8±1.4)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2个疗程后，治疗组膝关节VAS评分为(1.3±0.5)分，低于对照组[(2.8±0.9)分]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪志祛湿健脾方治疗中老年膝关节慢性滑膜炎临床效果显著。%Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qi Zhi Eliminating Dampness and Invigorating Spleen Pre-scription in the treatment of elderly chronic synovitis of knee joint. Methods A total of 60 cases of outpatients and in-patients in Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2013 to August 2014 were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given conventional therapy plus oral Huamoyan Granule. The treatment group was given conventional therapy plus oral Qi Zhi Eliminating Dampness and Invigorating Spleen Prescription. One period of treatment for 14 days, 14 days and 28 days later, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results After one course of treatment, in the treatment group, 11 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly excellent, 8 cases were improved, 4 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 87.50%. In the control group, 9 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly excellent, 3 cases were improved, 4 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 85.71%. After one course of treatment, the effective rate of the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). After two courses of treatment, in the treatment group, 16 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved, 1 case was ineffective, the effective rate was 93.75%. In the control group, 12 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective, the ef-fective rate was 92.86%. After two courses of treatment, the effective rate of the two groups had no statistically signifi-cant difference (P>0.05). After one course of treatment, the knee VAS pain scores of treatment group were (3.5±1.2) points, which was lower than that of the control group [(4.8±1.4) points], there was a significant difference be-tween the two groups (P < 0.05). After two courses of treatment, the knee VAS pain scores of treatment group were (1.3±0.5) points, which was lower than that of the control group [(2.8±0.9) points], there was a significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Qi Zhi Eliminating Dampness and Invigorating Spleen Prescription in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic synovitis of knee joint is significant.
