以平安好医生APP为例分析移动医疗APP的现状和未来发展趋势

本文通过分析“平安好医生”APP的现状和问题,延伸至分析整个移动医疗行业目前的状况,并针对这些状况提出相应的解决方案.根据本文调查问卷结果表明,我国的医疗APP尚未完全普及,消费者依旧习惯于选择普通去医院挂号、面对面就诊模式,对网上挂号特别是问诊方式没有充分的了解,并且对其中的安全性持普遍怀疑态度.“软件+互联网+医疗”盈利模式,细分市场深耕和“线上”与“线下”的融合将会是未来移动医疗的发展趋势.%Through the analysis of the status questions and problems of the "Ping'an good doctor" APP,this paper extends to the current situation of the whole mobile medical industry,and puts forward the corresponding solution for these situations and specific problems.According to the survey results show that China's medical APP has not been fully popular,consumers are still accustomed to the choice of ordinary hospital registration mode,the online inquiry method is not fully understood,and the safety of which skeptical."Software+Internet+medical" profit model,developing segmentation market and the deeply combine of "on line" and "offline" will be the development trend of future mobile medical treatment.
