我国双向转诊发展比较迅速,在转诊人数、转诊质量、医院综合绩效提升、慢性病管理等方面做出了一定的成绩,但需要解决的问题仍然很多.本文通过文献分析,发现双向转诊对改善医疗服务有一定效果,但还有些问题需要解决,需要医院、患者和政府共同努力,完善双向转诊效果评估工具与体系、培养全科医生以提升基层医疗服务水平、完善转诊流程和便利程度、落实配套支持政策、明确各级医疗机构分工以加强合作等,以推进医联体双向转诊的顺利实施.%China's two-way referral system has developed rapidly,and it has made a certain achievements in the number of referrals,referral quality,improvement of hospitals' comprehensive performance,chronic disease management and so on.But still there are many problems that need to be solved.In this article,through the literature analysis,twoway referral is found to have a certain effect in improving the medical services,but there are some problems,which need hospitals,patients and the government to work together to improve the assessment tools and systems of the effectiveness of two-way referral,cultivate general practitioners to improve primary health care,improve the referral process and convenience,implement supporting policies and clear the labor division all levels of medical institutions to strengthen cooperation,in order to promote the smooth implementation of medical treatment associations and two-way referral system.
