尼麦角林联合舒血宁注射液治疗眩晕症的临床效果及对TCD参数的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the curative efficacy and changes of transcranial Doppler (TCD) parameters of Nicergoline combinedwith Shuxuening injection in treating patients with vertigo.Methods From January 2016 to June 2017,in Central Hospital of Huangshi City,the data of 116 patients with vertigo were retrospectively analyzed,according to therapeutic schemes,they were divided into control group (52 cases) and observation group (64 cases).On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with Shuxuening Injection,the observation group was treated with Nicergoline combined with Shuxuening Injection.The curative efficacy,vertigo score and changes of TCD parameters of two groups were compared.Results The total therapeutic efficacy rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,vertigo scores in observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the TCD parameters,the observation group had increased blood flow rate of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Nicergoline combinedn with Shuxuening Injection has well application effect in patients with vertigo.And it can effectively improve clinical symptoms.%目的 探讨尼麦角林联合舒血宁注射液治疗眩晕症临床效果及经颅多普勒(TCD)参数变化.方法 回顾性分析2016年1月～2017年6月黄石市中心医院收治的眩晕症患者116例的临床资料,按照治疗方案分为对照组(52例)和观察组(64例).常规治疗基础上,对照组给予舒血宁注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合尼麦角林治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效、眩晕评分及TCD参数变化情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组患者眩晕评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组TCD参数左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 尼麦角林联合舒血宁注射液在眩晕症中应用效果良好,能够有效改善临床症状.
