生命体征监测传感器在血液净化设备中的应用

         

摘要

Objective: Researching the monitoring system consist with the monitoring sensor and the blood purification system, the monitoring system which can test the pulse, temperature, blood pressure, breath. Methods: Designing the patient’s breath frequency monitoring, electronic temperature testing and the pulse measurement monitoring mode ,through the SPI wire of low power consumption MSP430 and RF receiver chip port the core of which is CC100, and can achieve the short distance wireless technical blood purification monitoring system, so that can transfer the patient data which collected by the sensor to the blood purification equipment, then do the treatment management and safety control. Results:To solve the problems such as install wire, nobody guard during the treatment, nurse can check more patients, so that can achieve online measurement, digital qualified, safety alert and emergency disposable, monitoring function. Conclusion:The digital sensor and short distance wireless combination technique, improve the treatment function and safety of the blood purification equipment, improve the work efficiency of the doctors and nurse, and can find the abnormal effect during the treatment, so that decrease the risk of the medical accident.%目的:研究一种用于实时测量患者脉搏、体温、血压和呼吸指征的生命体征监测传感器及其与血液净化设备组成的监控系统。方法:设计患者呼吸频率监测、电子体温测量和脉搏测量等生命体征监测模块,通过低功耗MSP430单片机的串行外围设备接口(SPI)总线与CC1100为核心的射频(RF)收发芯片接口,实现基于短距离无线通信技术的血液净化监控网络系统,从而将传感器采集的患者生命体征数据实时传输到血液净化设备,进行治疗管理和安全控制。结果:生命体征监测传感器的应用解决了安装设备连线、治疗过程无人值守以及护士多点管理难兼顾等问题,实现了在线测量、数字量化、安全警示与应急处置相结合的综合治疗和监护功能。结论:智能传感器与短距离无线通信技术的结合,可极大提升血液净化设备的治疗功能和安全性,提高医护人员工作效率,及时发现治疗中的不良反应,从而降低医疗事故的风险。
