评估多层螺旋CT在医院危急值报告制度中的应用价值

摘要

Objective:Analysis on multislice CT features, especially the post-processing technique in the application of imaging and evaluation in the value of critical value report. Methods:Extraction of medical imaging department reported cases, 600 cases of critical values, reviews multislice CT features, classified the critical value of cases;analyze the value of spiral CT in critical value reporting system. Results:Reference standard of critical value reporting system, 600 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in 260 cases, 90 cases of subdural hematoma, epidural hematoma in 45 cases, 90 cases of large area cerebral infarction, 90 hemopneumothorax, empty coelenteron tube rupture and 60 cases of abdominal visceral injury, 38 cases of acute aortic syndrome, pulmonary embolism and abdominal large vascular embolization in 12 cases, multiple 49 cases of comminuted fracture, 2 cases of cardiac tamponade.Image diagnosis and clinical coincidence rate is 92.4. Conclusion:Multislice CT examination in the critical value reporting system, outstanding characteristics, for to determine the clear operation method of the clinical diagnosis and postoperative evaluation is of great significance.%目的：分析多层螺旋CT成像特点，尤其是后处理技术在成像中的应用，评估在危急值报告中的价值。方法：随机抽取在医院行多层螺旋CT检查的600例危急值报告病例资料，回顾性分析多层螺旋CT成像特点，归类危急值病例，分析螺旋CT在危急值报告制度中的价值。结果：参考危急值报告制度中的标准，在600例报告中脑出血260例，硬膜下血肿90例，硬膜外血肿45例，大面积脑梗死90例，血气胸90例，空腔肠管破裂及腹部脏器损伤60例，急性主动脉综合征38例，肺栓塞及腹部大血管栓塞12例，全身多发粉碎性骨折49例，心包填塞2例。影像诊断与临床符合率为92.4%。结论：多层螺旋CT检查在危急值报告制度中作用明显，特点突出，对临床诊断的明确、手术方式制定及术后评估具有重要意义。
