突发中毒事件现场处置装备现状与发展趋势

摘要

The disposal equipment are important assurance for effective disposal of emergent poisoning events, which always contain sample collection, preservation and transportation, poison of rapid detection, individual protection, epidemiological investigation and decontamination equipment. The equipment of emergent poisoning can’t meet the need of dispose in our country. The equipment development trend of emergent poisoning events dispose will be integrated, encapsulated, platform, intelligentialize and standardized to meet the demand of the disposal.%突发中毒事件现场处置装备是突发中毒事件有效处置的重要保障，处置装备通常包括现场样本的采集、保存与转运、现场毒物的快速检测、个体防护、流行病学调查及洗消等。针对我国目前中毒现场处置装备存在的种类不齐、装备率较低、物资储备凌乱以及不能满足现场处置需要等问题，阐述中毒现场处置装备的未来发展方向，揭示突发中毒事件现场处置装备将向集成化、箱囊化、平台化、智能化、配置标准化及操作规程化等方向发展，以满足现场应急处置工作的需要。
