摘要

Objective: To discuss the purchase and safety management of special equipment. Methods: To strengthen the safety management of special equipment by analyzing the product qualification and personnel qualification should be numerate in purchase, and safety precautions in use. Results:To summarize the aspects needing attention in purchase and use could improve the level of safety management of special equipment effectively. Conclusion:The equipment administrative personnel of hospital should master the procedure of purchase and daily security management of special equipment, and finally to ensure the safety of special equipment both in system and measures.%目的：针对特种设备的采购流程和使用安全管理进行探讨。方法：通过具体分析特种设备购置时应具备的产品资质、使用人员应具备的操作资质以及安全使用中的注意事项，从制度、流程等方面全面强化特种设备采购和使用的安全管理。结果：总结购置时的资质审核及使用中的注意事项可有效提高特种设备安全管理水平，减小使用安全隐患。结论：医院设备管理人员了解特种设备采购及日常安全管理流程，从制度、措施上保证特种设备的安全使用。
