小型医疗设备采购引入竞争性谈判方式的探讨

Objective: To describe the benefits of introducing competitive negotiation in small medical equipment procurement and exploring a new way of small medical equipment purchase. Methods:by introducing small device competitive negotiation procurement practices in the 181 hospital, analyzed advantages of this way. Results:Small medical equipment purchased in this way have advanced technology, reliable quality, reasonable price, high security, good after sales service, high cost-effective, compliance with legal requirements, and reduce the purchase processes to shorten the procurement cycle, the price of medical equipment bought in this way is much lower than 10%of the market price, then saves medical equipment funds of hospital. Conclusion:introduction of competitive negotiation in small equipment procurement in hospital wins good social and economic benefits and helps hospitals to improve competitiveness in the region.%目的：阐述小型医疗设备采购中引入竞争性谈判的益处，并探讨其采购的新模式。方法：通过提出小型设备“竞争性谈判”采购的具体方案，分析采购小型医疗设备的优点。结果：竞争性谈判购入的小型医疗设备质量可靠、价格合理、使用安全，售后服务好、性价比高，并且缩短采购周期，为医院节约了设备购置经费。结论：小型设备采购引入竞争性谈判为医院赢得了社会效益和经济效益。
