定压兼定时报警桡动脉止血器的设计

         

摘要

Objective:To design an electrocardiograph (ECG) acquisition system based on ARM controller in order to effectively control the interference and noise when the ECG detection was applied.Methods: The ADUC7020 was used as simulation controller in ECG acquisition system, and its periphery was consisted of buffer amplifying circuit, driving circuit of right leg, preposition amplifying circuit, band pass filtering circuit, main amplifier circuit and 50 Hz trapped wave circuit.Results: This system can get a valuable diagnosing electrical signals from weak electrical signals through the amplified filtering wave, and these electrical signals were converted to digital signals by simulation controller. Then, they were send to personal computer (PC) to accept more analysis and disposes.Conclusion: This system based on ARM controller can effectively suppress the interference and noise when using ECG technology, and enhance the effective electrical signals.%目的:设计定压兼定时报警桡动脉止血器,经桡动脉行冠状动脉诊疗术后对桡动脉穿刺点进行定压、定时压迫止血.方法:采用振荡法测量血压,通过建立收缩压、舒张压、平均压与袖套压力波关系来判别血压.压力传感器采集到的脉搏信号经放大器、信号调理器,得到放大的脉搏振荡信号,送到单片机得到血压值.单片机控制气泵使止血带迅速充气至被测者收缩压以上(约30 mmHg),之后单片机通过1路A/D采集止血带的气压,并根据止血带内气压下降的速度来控制排气阀排气,使止血带内匀速降压(3~5 mmHg/s);止血带的压力为动脉的平均压,单片机控制使止血带保持此压力,并通过触控屏输入患者相关参数计算出压力保持时间,此时间即为桡动脉穿刺点所需压迫的时间.报警系统到达设定的时间,自动降压、报警.结果:该装置可根据个体的血压值、出凝血时间及术中使用抗凝药物的半衰期,设定桡动脉穿刺点压迫所需的压力和时间,时间至预设的时分自动报警,提醒及时解除穿刺点的局部压迫,实现对桡动脉穿刺点进行有效的压迫和止血.结论:定压兼定时报警桡动脉止血器可控制定压、定时,有效对桡动脉穿刺点进行压迫止血;使患者舒适、安全,提高工作效率,具有临床实用性.
