医用气动物流传输系统在医院运营管理中的作用

摘要

Objective:To elaborate the important effect of pneumatic logistics transmission system in operation management of hospital so as to effectively transmit medical materials with requirement of time which included experimental samples, drugs and laboratory test report etc.Methods: Combined with the statistical data of actual work, a series of indicators of pneumatic logistics transmission system, such as the transmission time, the usage amount, the number of transmission in peak time quantum and the calculation of operation cost were analyzed.Results: The medical pneumatic logistics transmission system could obviously reduce the transmission time for materials, replace the manual handling, decrease running cost. And it was convenient to scientifically manage medical materials.Conclusion: Pneumatic logistics transmission system is an effective way to achieve the separation of "personal flow" and "logistics" and efficient transmission for medical materials, and it is a important key point to achieve reasonably planning for hospital, simple and efficient construction of logistics transmission and the "patient-oriented". It is an important symbol of management in modern hospital.%目的:分析气动物流传输系统在医院运营管理中的重要作用,实现该系统快捷而有效地将部分具有时限要求的实验标本、药品及化验单等医用物品进行传递,以节约人力及时间成本.方法:结合工作实际统计,对气动物流传输系统的传递时间、使用量统计、高峰时间段传递次数以及运行成本计算等多个数据进行分析.结果:医用气动物流传输系统可以明显减少物品运输时间,替代人力工作,降低运行成本,便于对医用物品进行科学管理.结论:气动物流传输系统是实现医院"人员流"与"物品流"分离并高效传送的有效途径,是实现医院合理规划、简捷高效的物流运输建设和"以患者为中心"的重要环节,是现代化医院管理的重要标志.
