基于PDCA的多参数监护仪质量控制探讨

         

摘要

Objective:To implement quality control for multi-parameter monitor of hospital and ensure its safety in usage.Methods: The Deming cycle about Plan, Do, Check and Action (PDCA) method was implemented to combine the emergency maintenance of multi-parameter monitor with preventive maintenance and take the maintenance and repaired method of monitor in detail. The quality control of the monitor was well done.Results: The quality control was implemented on multi-parameter monitor by using PDCA method, and the maintenance of monitor achieved benign circulation. Therefore, the monitor could be safely and reliably used in clinical practice.Conclusion: The PDCA method that is implemented to achieve the quality control for multi-parameter monitor in hospital can detailing every point of emergency and preventive maintenance so as to ensure the safety of multi-parameter monitor in usage.%目的:基于戴明循环(PDCA)法增进医院多参数监护仪的质量控制水平,确保多参数监护仪使用安全.方法:运用PDCA法,明确各阶段质量控制的分解要点,将多参数监护仪应急维护与预防性维护紧密结合,细化监护仪的维护与维修方法,做好监护仪的质量控制工作.结果:通过PDCA法对多参数监护仪进行质量控制,使监护仪设备的维护进入良性循环,能够在临床使用中安全可靠.结论:运用PDCA法对医院多参数监护仪进行质量控制,可细化应急维护和预防性维护的各个环节,确保多参数监护仪的安全使用.
