核磁共振成像设备临床应用中的风险管理研究

         

摘要

目的:根据核磁共振成像(MRI)设备的物理原理和设计特点,建立医用MRI系统的风险管理流程,以达到MRI设备应用安全的目的.方法:基于医用MRI设备的成像原理,分析其设备各系统可能存在的风险因素,结合国家现有的相关标准与医院临床实践需求,设计MRI设备的风险管理流程及其具体管理方法.结果:将建立的风险管理流程应用于实际工作中,实现了风险分析中的风险识别、风险评估和风险规避,提高了MRI设备使用的安全性.结论:应用MRI设备风险控制方法,能够正确认识、评估和控制MRI设备的各类风险,熟悉相关的处置方案,完善相应的风险管理细则,可降低风险的发生概率、保障MRI设备的安全运行与医务人员及患者安全、提高设备管理效率.%Objective: To establish a risk management process for medical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems based on the physical principles and design characteristics of MRI so as to achieve the purpose of application safety of MRI. Methods: Based on the imaging principle of medical MRI, to analyze risk factors in various sub-system of equipment. And the currently national relevant standard and clinical practice demand of hospital were combined to design the risk management process of MRI equipment and the correspondingly concrete management method. Results: After the established risk management process was applied in the actual work, the risk identification, risk assessment and risk avoidance have been achieved, and the use safety of MRI equipment has been enhanced. Conclusion: The application of risk control method for MRI equipment can correctly recognize, evaluate and control all kinds of risks of the equipment. Through grasp the relevant disposal plan, and improved the correspondingly concrete rules of risk management, the risk probability can be reduced. Therefore, the safe operation of MRI equipment can obtain guarantee, and the personal safety of medical staffs and patients also can obtain safeguard, and the efficiency of equipment management can be increased.
