摘要

It is necessary to understand self-management and its aspects including self-knowledge, self-design, self-learning and self-control from the philosophical perspective .The value orientation involves realizing medical students'exploration and pursuit of themselves , positive interaction between themselves and others , and sense of belonging and identification of the team .By relating to the characteristics of medicine , the paper proposes specific ways of self-management .%从哲学的维度理解自我管理及如何合理把握自我认识、自我设计、自我学习、自我控制等环节，其价值指向在于实现医学生对自身的探索追求，对自我和他人的良性互动以及对团队的归属认同。并结合医学专业特点，提出实现自我管理的具体方式。
