以“工学结合”为导向的高职高专临床检验技术课程的改革与实践

摘要

针对高职高专医学检验技术专业的培养要求，探讨了适合需求的临床检验技术课程目标，并通过优化教学内容、整合利用校内外教学资源、实施“工学结合”的教学模式、加强专兼结合师资队伍建设等措施，实践以“工学结合”为导向的高职高专临床检验技术课程改革与实践，教学效果显著提高。%To meet the requirements of medical laboratory technology training at higher vocational schools, this paper discusses measures such as setting the course goal of clinical laboratory technology to fit the actual demand , optimizing teaching content , integrating the use of teaching resources on and off campus, trying out the teaching model of combining learning with working , and strengthening the combination of part-time and full-time teaching staff .The authors have been making reform and practice of work-learning combination oriented curricular construction of clinical laboratory technology at higher vocational schools , which has improved the teaching outcome significantly .
