基于岗位调研的医学检验专业校企协同育人实训体系构建研究

         

摘要

We analyzed the employment positions of graduates of 2014-2016 who majored in medical laboratory technology at Zhangzhou Health Vocational College.Under the current situ-ation of deepened innovation and entrepreneurship education at colleges and universities,we took the opportunity brought by deep integration in production and education of school-enterprise coo-peration in the medical laboratory institute.We introduced the concept of translational laboratory medicine and combined our teaching reform of specialized practice teaching curriculum of vocational medical laboratory technology in recent years.In accordance to the professional position standard, we further propose the construction idea of school-enterprise cooperative education training sys-tem with one integration,double fusion,three linkages and four progressions.It is of great signi-ficance to realizing deep integration of practice teaching with professional position,upgrading the quality of innovative specialized talents,and expanding diversified employment.It can also provide valuable reference for research on reconstructing new practice teaching courses.%通过对漳州卫生职业学院2014—2016届高职医学检验技术专业毕业生就业岗位调研分析,在当前深化高校创新创业教育改革的形势下,以校企共建医学检验所的产教深度融合为契机,引入转化检验医学理念,结合近些年高职医学检验技术专业实践教学课程体系的改革实施,按照职业岗位标准,进一步提出"一体化、双融合、三联动、四递进"校企协同育人实训体系的构建思路,对实现实训教学与职业岗位零距离接轨、提升专业创新人才的培养质量及拓展多元化就业方面具有重要意义,也为今后重构全新实训教学课程研究提供参考.
