急诊科住院医师规范化培训实践与思考

摘要

Standardized training of residents has become the necessary step of clinicians'growth. Emergency medicine defines diseases according to their severity rather than the pathological process of organs. Therefore, it requires that emergency departments must reflect their own professional characteristics in resident standardized training.Our hospital has taken measures in the training such as making reasonable training plans,training flexible emergency medicine thinking,strengthening first-aid skill training,attaching importance to humanities education and developing capability of patient-doctor communication.As a result,we have achieved good training outcomes.%住院医师规范化培训是临床医师成长的重要环节。急诊医学以疾病的轻、重、缓、急而不是以器官组织的病理过程来界定疾病，要求急诊科住院医师规范化培训必须体现自己的专业特点。第四军医大学唐都医院通过合理安排培训内容、锻炼灵活急诊思维、加强急救技能培训、重视人文教育、培养良好医患沟通能力等措施对规培医师进行教学，取得了较好的培训效果。
