超声引导下肝胆管置管引流的临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical application of color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD) treatment obstructive jaundice. Methods PTCD was performed in 40 patients with obstructive jaundice and tube was inserted to the biliary duct in all patients. Results The successive rates of single puncture was 95.0%, two-times puncture 100% respectably. The complications were happened in 2 cases (5.0%). Conclusions Ultrasound-guided PTCD has high puncture and intubation success rates and a low incidence rate of postoperative complications. Ultrasound-guided should be the first choice of PTCD operation.%目的 探讨超声引导下经皮肝胆管置管引流( PTCD)在临床的应用价值.方法 应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪引导对40例梗阻性黄疽患者行经皮肝胆管置管引流,并将治疗结果进行分析.结果 超声引导下经皮肝穿刺胆管内置管引流,首次成功率达95.0％,二次成功率达100％,并发症2例(5.0％).结论 超声引导下经皮肝穿刺胆管内置管引流首次穿刺成功率和置管成功率高,术后并发症发生率低,应成为PTCD术的首选引导方法.
