医院呼吸机统分管理模式的探讨及实践

摘要

本文提出的以医工为主体的呼吸机统分管理模式，是在当前医疗条件下，成本较低、效果较好、实现较易的一种将分散和集中管理相结合的设备调配模式。通过软件等信息化手段，在护士台通过浏览器实现对呼吸机网上查询、借还机，为临床用机提供了便利，大大提高了呼吸机的使用效率。%A unification management model for medical ventilators which was dominant by medical professionals was put forward in this paper. The deployment model which combined decentralized management with centralized management had advantages of low cost, good effect and easily implemented. With information methods such as software, online enquiry as well as borrow and return of ventilators could be realized through the browser in the nurse station. It not only is convenient for clinical use, but also can improve the use efifciency of ventilators.
