浅谈我院医用耗材管理人员培养模式

摘要

本文就目前内蒙地区医用耗材管理人员的现状，结合我院开展的一些专业化培训工作，试图探讨一种提升医用耗材管理人员专业化水平的途径和方法。%According to the status of medical consumables management, and combined with specialized training in our hospital, the approaches and methods which can improve medical consumables management are discussed in this paper.
