医学装备质量管理的文献计量学分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the bibliometric elements, topics and trends on quality management of medical devices in Chinese literatures.Methods The key words of various literatures sampled from WanFang, CNKI and VIP databases (from 2003 to 2013) were extracted and the bibliometric of those literatures was performed. Then co-occurrence matrix analysis and cluster visualization analysis of the key words were conducted with SPSS software and gCLUTO graphical clustering toolkit.Results A total of 258 Chinese papers published in 61 kinds of Chinese journals were searched and the number of Chinese papers was gradually increased. The key words were divided into 3 clusters through double cluster analysis.ConclusionQuality control and quality assurance, safety management and risk management, informatization and methodology of quality management are the research hotspots on medical devices quality management.%目的：运用文献计量学分析我国医学装备质量管理相关研究的要素、关注点及趋向。方法检索2003~2013年万方、CNKI及维普数据库，从样本文献中提取关键词等参量，进行文献计量；运用SPSS构建词篇矩阵、图形聚类工具包（gCLUTO）进行关键词词篇共现分析与聚类可视化分析。结果检出文献258篇，刊登在61种期刊，刊文量基本呈增加趋势；关键词双聚类为3类。结论分析表明我国医学装备质量管理研究的关注热点集中在在用医学装备的质量控制与质量保证、安全管理与风险管理以及质量管理信息化与方法学3个方面。
