Memcached在医院信息系统中的应用

摘要

This paper introduces three principal aspects of Memcached architecture including processing mechanism of network data, memory management mechanism and distributed architecture. This paper demonstrates how to call a Memcached client driver to save and read key-value pair data for developers by listing sample codes. Combined with the processing lfow of outpatient prescription data, this paper also introduces the method of integrating and applying Memcached in HIS to improve the processing performance of HIS in busy hours. Finally, this paper analyzes the method of modifying HIS to integrate Memcached, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of applying Memcached into HIS.%本文介绍了Memcached架构的3个主要方面：网络数据处理机制、内存管理机制、分布式架构，同时给出了示例代码说明如何调用Memcached客户端驱动程序保存和读取键值对数据。本文根据当前医院信息系统（HIS）的实际情况，结合门诊处方数据的处理流程介绍了如何在现有HIS中加入和应用Memcached的方法，以提高系统在高峰时的处理性能。最后文章也总结了如何对现有系统进行修改以加入Memcached，同时也指出了HIS应用Memcached的优缺点。
