医疗设备管理部门与临床科室的关系管理

摘要

临床科室作为医疗设备的使用部门，设备处作为医疗设备的购买、维护管理部门，两者之间的关系一直是困扰医院管理者的一个问题。本文重点阐述设备管理部门如何处理好与临床科室的关系，使之配合融洽，以更好地共同为患者服务。%Clinical departments and the medical equipment management department worked respectively as the users and the purchasers, managers&maintainers of medical equipment, whose relationship had always been an issue for hospital managers. This paper focused on how to deal with the relationship between the medical equipment management departments and the clinical departments so as to make them well-cooperated with each other and jointly provide better services to patients.
