Natural patch material from animal is gradually recognized and accepted by clinical because of its great strengths in many aspects. However, the level and ability of making this kind of patch is still relatively backward for lack of advanced equipment. In order to solve this problem, a new specialized instrument was designed in this study. The instrument could not only meet requirements of the experiments in the laboratory, but also could adapt to the medical patch material industrial production process of industrialization, large-scale and mass production. There are a lot of advantages of the new specialized instrument, such as simple structure, low cost and convenient using process. The processing ability and treatment effect of animal-derived membrane materials were improved exponentially. It has a positive effect on promoting the production of medical patch material.%为了解决由于缺乏先进制备设备,而导致的天然动物源性医用补片材料制备水平相对落后这一问题,本公司根据其制备工艺,设计了一台专业化的处理设备.该设备适用于不同种类、不同规格的动物组织膜片,保证对膜片的处理质量,不仅能适应实验室研发小试的要求,更能实现产业化、规模化、批量化制备动物源性补片材料的工艺需求.该设备同时具备结构简单、成本低和使用方便的特点,对动物源性膜材料的处理能力和处理效果成倍提高,对推动医用补片材料的生产制备具有积极作用.
