灰度图像校正在视网膜内源光信号探测中的应用

         

摘要

目的 对视网膜内源光信号的图像进行预处理,消除测试眼因眨眼抖动而产生的图像位置偏移;降低因图像灰度不均匀而产生的背景噪声.方法 本文首先采用归一化相关系数匹配法对图像进行配准,然后采用灰度线性变换对获取的图像进行灰度校正,最后提取视网膜黄斑区的内源光信号.结果 灰度图像校正能有效提高内源光信号的相对强度,波谷幅度相对处理之前增强两倍(5%提高到12%;12%提高到26%);还可以改善内源光信号变化曲线,能观察到更多的信号细节变化.结论 文中方法与已有文献中的结果相似,说明该方法是有效可靠的,为探索信号生理学意义奠定了基础.%Objective The image of intrinsic optical signals (IOSs) was preprocessed to eliminate the image position offset caused by the blink of the test eye and to reduce background noise caused by image gray level uneven. Methods We have adopted the normalized correlation coefficient of registration for image registration. Then, the gray linear transformation was used to obtain image gray scale correction. Finally we extracted IOSs of the macular area in retinal. Results Experimental results indicated that it could effectively improve the relative intensity of IOSs, trough amplitude was twice as high as the relative treatment (5% to 12%; 12% to 26%); in addition, we could observe more changes in signal details by improve the endogenous optical signal curve. Conclusion The results we get are similar to the results of existing literature. Thus, the method is effective and reliable, which lay a foundation for exploring signal physiology significance.
