目的 通过分析百特金宝AK系列血液透析的常见故障,探讨维护方法.方法 通过统计2014年3月~2016年9月间南通大学附属医院分院血液透析故障情况,分析其发生原因,进行维护和针对性保养.结果 我院血液透析常见故障主要集中在透析液供给系统,故障类型主要包括电导率报警故障、透析液流量报警故障和超滤报警故障,发生率约占报警故障总量的63.8%.通过检修,相应故障得到解决.结论 定期保养、主动维护可减少血液透析故障的发生和维修费用的支出,能保障患者得到安全、有效的治疗.%Objective To analyze the common failures of Baxter Campbell AK series of hemodialysis machines so as to explore their maintenance method. Methods We summarized the causes of hemodialysis machine failures of the branch hospital of affiliated hospital of Nantong University from March 2014 to September 2016, and maintained the targeted machine. Results The common failures of hemodialysis machine in our hospital mainly focused on the dialysate supply system. Failure types included electrical conductivity alarm failure, dialysate flow alarm failure and ultrafiltration alarm failure. The incidence rate accounted for 63.8% of the total alarm failure incidence. The failures were solved after inspection. Conclusion Regular maintenance and active maintenance of hemodialysis machine can reduce the occurrence of malfunction and maintenance expense, which ensure the safe and effective treatment of patients.
