应用持续性质量改进降低神经外科动力系统坏损率

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the continuous quality improvement management method in the application of reducing the rate of neurosurgery power system corrupted.Methods Held special sessions with relevant personnel of neurosurgery power system regularly, and adopted continuous quality improvement methods to retrospectively analyze the reasons of 62 cases of neurosurgery power system corruption. According to the 80/20 rule, reasons come from the insufficient training of doctors and nurses, as well as flawed maintenance processes. As a result, we take improvement measures and evaluate improvement effect.Results Application of continuous quality improvement method makes the neurosurgery power system corruption rate reduce to 7.2% from 23%.Conclusion Application of continuous quality improvement management method improves the management quality of neurosurgical power system for safe use.%目的:探讨持续质量改进管理方法,在降低神经外科动力系统坏损率中的应用。方法与神外动力使用相关人员定期集中召开专题会议,应用持续性质量改进的方法,回顾性分析62例神经外科动力系统坏损的原因,依据80/20原则,查找要因,得出改善重点为医生护士培训不够,使用维护流程有缺陷,制定改进措施并实施,评价改进效果。结果实施持续性质量改进,使神经外科动力系统坏损率由23%下降为7.2%。结论通过实施持续性质量改进管理,提高了神经外科动力系统安全使用的管理质量。
