基于供应链模式下体外诊断试剂的管理

摘要

With the development of medical examination technology, a real-time and efficient information management system of In-vitro Diagnostic Reagents (IVD Reagents) is urgently needed in the hospital. This article introduces the information management system of IVD Reagents in Huashan Hospital of Fudan University with the supply chain management mode from reagent ordering to the using. The system integrates processes of ordering, procurement, distribution, acceptance, storage and ex-warehouse to make each link more standardized and efficient, finally realizes standardized, visual and fine management of IVD Reagents, and further improves medical quality and medical management level.%随着医学检验技术的发展，医院迫切需要一种实时高效的体外诊断试剂信息管理系统。本文介绍了复旦大学附属华山医院在供应链管理模式下体外诊断试剂从科室订货到试剂使用前的信息管理系统。该系统将订货、采购、配送、验收、入库、出库等过程进行有机结合，促使流程上的各个环节更规范高效，最终实现体外诊断试剂规范化、可视化和精细化的管理，进一步提高医疗工作质量和医疗管理水平。
