新型高氮无镍不锈钢与L605合金及316L不锈钢生物相容性对比研究

         

摘要

本文针对新型医用材料高氮无镍不锈钢与冠脉支架材料L605合金和316L不锈钢的生物相容性展开研究.血液相容性研究结果表明,3种材料均具有良好的抗溶血性能,但高氮无镍不锈钢抗溶血性能明显优于L605合金和316L不锈钢.细胞实验结果表明,相较于L605合金和316L不锈钢,高氮无镍不锈钢可以有效地抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖,对于降低支架内再狭窄具有重要意义.%The biocompatibilities of a novel biomedical material high nitrogen nickel-free stainless steel (HNNFS) and coronary stent materials L605 alloy and 316L stainless steel (316LSS) were studied. The results showed that the blood compatibility of all three materials had excellent performance on resisting hemolysis. However, HNNFS was better than L605 alloy and 316LSS. Cells proliferation and adhesion results presented that HNS inhibited the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells effectively compared with L605 alloy and 316LSS, targeting to reduce restenosis of stent after implantation.
