溶血试验用于评价隐形眼镜护理液眼刺激性的可行性研究

摘要

目的：探索溶血试验替代体内眼刺激性试验（Draize试验）用于评价隐形眼镜护理液眼刺激性的可行性。方法：采用Draize试验及溶血试验（hemolysistest）对10种不同品牌的隐形眼镜护理液进行评价，分析溶血试验结果的LogHC50（LogHC50为50%红细胞溶血的受试物的浓度）与Draize试验结果的相关性。评价其特异性（%）和准确性（%）。结论：溶血试验结果与Draize体内试验结果特异性为100%，准确性为100%。%The article explored the feasibility of using RBC haemolysis assay as an alterlitive test method to evaluate the ocular irritancy of contact lens care solutions. Thus, the correlations between results obtained from the Draize test and the in vitro method RBC haemolysis assay to assess the ocular irritancy potential of 10 contact lens care solutions were examined. Parameters such as accuracy (%) and speciifcity (%) were determined. Conclusion:The results of RBC test are correlated with the invo Draize test., the speciifcity (%) is 100%and the accuracy (%) is 100%.
